      Carry over your attention to things that are actually reality oriented. U say ur 12th so for now focus on your academics and your self care for eg. Search for skin care products for ur skin type, watch youtube videos on how to remember whatever uve studied, create a study plan etc…once you change the direction of where your attention flows everything changes..hope this helps

      As someone who’s always been detached from male validation and has also gotten a lot of it, remember this – if you’re letting a man into your life, he should only add into it, not take away. Have you built a life of peace for yourself? Of reading before bed, of stretching in the mornings, of playing badminton with friends?
