    1. is so true! men hold on to words the same way we do, they just don’t express it as much as we do

  • @evafan24 says:

Thank you so much for making this video! My mom divorced my dad when I was young, and I fully believe this is one of the reasons why she didn’t teach me about dating. I was pretty much taught to focus on my studies and get an education. I didn’t start dating until I was in college, and it was trial and error. I’m now in a relationship with a man who cherishes me and tells me that he loves me more with each passing day. Your points were very helpful, and I can apply these to my relationship to ensure my relationship remains stable and is healthy.

@@evafan24 that is wonderful! Yes there can be so many reasons why moms don’t share but I thank God for His Grace that you can have this beautiful experience and learn along the way 💕✨Thank you for sharing!

  • @Love_Lacie says:

This was great! Things I wish my parents would have taught me:

    1. I wish my Dad would’ve taught me the ‘why’ of when he said he didn’t like a young man or a young man wasn’t a good fit for me. I ended up learning the hard way because I received it as him just being controlling
    2. I wish my mother had taught me to have boundaries, standards, and allowed me to be comfortable having a voice and saying no. I wish she was able to be an example for me instead of letting people repeatedly use and abuse her.
