New sub. Love the way you explained everything. I am working on self discipline this year, and stop shopping unnecessarily. Yes, I can do it.
Yes you can do it. Yes You Can!
The stop competing piece is so true! I see so many people gathering material things for NO reason other than to say they own it.
When Bola says ‘Bank’, it sounds like a lovely soft plush comfortable place.
So glad your channel came up. You are spot on.
Excellent information. Thank you. I’m happy that I do many of these things and am working on a few other items in your list.
It’s not that people are “acting” in counter intuitive ways… it’s that majority of people are in poverty and there is NO way to escape it if you have to pay rent, car notes, etc. you have a better chance of getting rich when you don’t have to have responsibilities
I think this is fair perspective to take into account for building wealth , and I also think there is always a way to be in a better position then you already are . For some people building wealth just comes more quickly and for others I think it just comes more slowly but in whatever circumstance you are in there are opportunities to build more wealth in someway and that’s always worth listening to.
This is so very true. I’ve been used to going out to get a different car once any signs of problems start to arise…now that I have changed my mindset, I have literally purchased a good, reliable vehicle that I’ve owned for 8 years now with no car note and I am so happy. Do I want a new car? Absolutely! Do I need a new car? Nope. I’m saving my money and spending it on other things that bring more value to my life, especially since I am working from home during the pandemic.
@@nikkiknows1545 Same! I was planning to buy a car on 2020. I paused it cuz I’ve been on Home office for two years. I cook more at home, spend less on transportation, etc.
@@adriancarrillo2749 That’s exactly what I’ve been doing too!! 💪🏾 It’s hard at times to not buy something on impulse but we can do it.
@@nikkiknows1545 I even lost 35 pounds eating more at home and with some exercise. It’s been a win-win haha. It’s great to know we’re not alone in this journey.
thanks a lot. I need to watch this video every single day. I deal with fear among other things that sucked my accounts dry. It’s hard starting all over again. Very stressful. Thanks again. Looking for more videos from you. God Bless
This has helped me in so many ways….. I need to watch this every single day.. thank you so much for this great video.
Your content is so clear true to life easy to follow and be inspired by. I have personal experience that when you stop thinking of your money as being small and just get into the habit of putting it away it becomes a joy to see it grow despite the small amount.
Yes yes
I love the way you are soooooo relaxed and hitting on the truth. You are indeed a clever girl. Thanks for the information.
Thanks sooo much for being here!
As a woman of color this channel has really helped me in so many ways as I was not poroperly educated on finances one thing I’m sooo glad my mom told me was to not get into credit card debt from her experience and I literally only have 2 credit cards that I pay on! My goal is to really take hold of my debt 2022!
What I’ve learned is to pay yourself first.get in a budget.and move like like your broke.dont live above your means all things I’ve changed about 5years ago and so far so go.
#1: Adjust your mindset (stop saying I am always broke; instead ask yourself why am I always broke)
#2: Work on your self-discipline
#3: Stop borrowing for everything – stop using your credit card for convenience
#4: Make a plan to pay off your debts
#5: Stop putting off savings until you earn more money
#6: Start investing
#7: Stop competing with other people
#8: Stop being scared
Thank, great summary
#0: have a job…with livable wage.
Admire that. I have a terrible problem with all of those.
Thank you so much for this:)
