    1. Your environment influences your actions greatly. So whatever your goal is such as study, fitness, etc, keep such an environment, group, that will make you do that thing even if u dont feel like doing.
    2. Mindset is everything. Journaling. Meditation. Self reflection will help you know yourself better. Sometimes you know answers to the questions, your mistakes but you’re not ready to accept it coz it’s very difficult to.
    3. Behavior.
    1. Start small. First be clear about your plan and complete it in small steps.
    2. Focus on progress over perfection.
    3. Celebrating your wins.
