But today some housewives also hire a maid and make themself more lazy.
1) Positive mental diet not seeing (negetive concent)
2) surround urself with more positive person
3) change ur energy ( do yoga or workout)
4) hack ur enviornment ( go out from ur comfort jone)
5) shock ur system ( do things like challenge)
6) focus on one task in one day ( make 1 goal in 1 day and do it)
7) dressing for success (dong have any motivation wear cloths which give u confidence)
8) schedule the fun ( do what u want first and then what is needed)
9) embrace imperfections( do less but try to do perfection)
10) work on ur mindset ( change ur mindset don’t thing something is difficult think that why it is important for u )
