In today’s video I’m sharing the easiest guide to start working out as an Indian girl or woman. I am giving you a blueprint on how to get started on your fitness journey without feeling overwhelmed, without self-doubt, without shame, and without losing out on things you really want to do.
This video is a condensation of over 4 years of learning packed into a 30-minute video. So make sure you’re taking notes and you’re watching till the end because I’ll also be sharing my own workout routine and tips on how to get started without going crazy.

We’ll talk about the mindset, how to create a routine, things to keep in mind before starting and everything in between.

Hey Adete!!! I agree with a lot of the points you mentioned. I have been trying so many different workouts (Yoga, gym, walking) and Realised that it’s playing badminton that I enjoy the most and I find it to be sustainable as well. My mindset while playing badminton is not “I have to do this for my body” but more like “I get to do this for my body and MIND”. And on the days I don’t play I just go with Basic Yoga asanas or strength-building exercises as basic as just Pushups, squats and Lunges.

I have realised that sustainability and simplicity are a lot more important than complexity and inconsistency!

Also, women who workout consistently are just better professionals, mothers, friends, and all the other roles we play in our lives!

I too love pilates and yoga. Instead of paying and later not getting time to do these, its very easy and truely helpful to do workout from youtube. Move with nichole, yoga with kate amber, popsugar fitness , eilem abachi are really good to follow
