We are officially half-way through 2024, and I want ask you – how many of your goals have you accomplished so far? What on your vision board has come true?
Maybe you haven’t gotten very far. Maybe you didn’t even start. That’s actually the case with most people — we create our resolutions and vision boards at the beginning of the year and then as the days go by, we just forget about them. And at the end of the year we wonder why are we have made no progress at all
So if you do not want this to be another wasted year, keep on watching.
I’m going to teach you how to set out on a journey where you fearlessly pursue your goals, do the things you really want to do, and become the best version of yourself in the next six months.

step 1: pick one or two goals to focus on the next 6 months
1. get fit
2. complete my study goals for the year.
Make a detailed plan based on loss aversion. write down the most extreme outcome of not achieving your goals
step 2: tie a reward to my goal
step 3: action based goals
Quantify your goals and divide them into series of actions that are actually measurable. Start with smallest possible actions.
step 4: get comfortable with imperfect actions.
Don’t be a perfectionist. Fear is the driving force for mediocrity. No zero days.
step 5: make it fun.
Romanticize your routine and gamify your hardwork. Make the process fun.
step 6: failures into lessons.
Despite all these ways, there are going to be setback days. Whenever you feel like failure, think how you can make it a success. change the route not the goal.

@@rollno24nimrakaluwala63 for me- morning workout (3 times per week) morning yoga(3 times per week) and some evening stretches in evening. I have PCOS too so at least 45 minutes of body movement daily is necessary.
I start my day with a glass of warm water.
Breakfast- channa salad, or something healthy I don’t prefer bread cause I was having gut issues. (I am still figuring out the things which are causing me bloating and gut problems)
Lunch- roti sabzi and a cup of dal Include salad before meal.
(I am not able to eat so many things at once so I prefer eating dal and rice after sometime, I usually skip this one lol 😬, pata nahi kyu man hi nahi karta yrr bhuk hi nahi lagti jaise)
Pls fix your timing accordingly.
Evening snack- makhana, roasted peanut, dry fruits
Dinner at 8:30 only 2 rotis with sabzi.
I am still on my journey and still figuring out things SO PLS RESEARCH THE THINGS ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS.
I have low vitamin D, so morning sunshine is a must.
I am not taking any protein powder or something – ( ADETE MAKE A VIDEO ON IT PLS on the protein supplements)
Abhi to college me summer vacations chal rahi h isiliye I’m able to manage it.(I have to figure it out later 😕)

3. Actionable breakdown of goals
4. Start taking actions regardless of imperfection
5. Romantics your work,make it fun

1) Clarity and focus
1 or 2 goals fo pick up one.
2) Delayed gratification
-loss aversion
-Quantify pain of lossing out in your goals
– Write the extreme scenario of losing out your goals
– Tie a reward of your goal
3) Action based goals
– Commit yourself to take the smallest action for the next 6 months
Eg: 3 times cardio and 3 times strength training for the next 6 months?- go to the gym for mininum 10 min everyday
Action of showing up
Quantify your goals, actions everyday in the next 6 months.
Butterfly effect
Put failth in these changes and try it out for the next 6 months
3) get comfortable with imperfect actions
4) if you are not working toward your own future, you are work towards someone else
If you do not invest time and energy in an identity that you want to create for yourself you still invest that time and energy into an idea that has been assigned to you
Goal for next 6 months
– want to make mistakes, imperfect and criticised
If you want it, not something to be afraid of
No space for doubt or hesitation
Take action that align with the concept of self
Affirmation, meditation, mindfulness practices, daily journeling, wrong about yourself in the present tense that reframe your mind that what you want to is actually possible
The reason I wabt something is because a version of me actually has it
That thought would not come into my mind if I’m not capable of taking the action to fulfill the desire in the first place
If you have a vision of an ideal life that comes to your mind because it is meant for you and you have to continuously will on this belief, because we are constantly bombared with th he things that fuel this belief doubt
So much information that good against this belief of wanting the best for yourself
Thus work on this mindset especially for the next 6 months
And simultaneously start taking actions,
Acting like the ideal self, taking the actions you ideal self will take
Di it on a smaller scope of you feel overwhelmed
1st step right now, continuosly effect
Sunk cost fallacy
– Tendency to continue with an endeavour we have invested
4) Make it fun
Romantizie your routine and gamify your hardwork
– work/ actions: not a chore, make it fun
Eg: Making asthetic clean foods, Ring in apple watch,
-Checking off todolist
-Every task as milestone to go towards my goal, as a level up❤
5) Failure into learnings
If you are faced with failure, instead of giving up in the 1st resistance, asked yourself, how can I make this work for me?
If you’re unable to reach your destination, Change your route, not your destination
Failure: signal that something needs to change, not a label that stays with you forever
If you fail at something, you are not a failure
It gives to chances to pivot
– it tells what’s not working, and redirect you to something that works out.
Eg : she has 2 failed businesses
Quit her job over 5 -6 times
10 diff freelancing
Failures are imp and treating them as lesson is even more
