6 EASY Ways To Improve Your Communication & Articulation (According to Psychology)

Hello my lovelies

Today we’re talking about how to improve your communication and articulation using psychology-backed tips.

We all know that communication is a very important skill, one that impacts every area of our life from work to relationships. However, often times, due to a lack of awareness, practice, and confidence, people struggle to communicate well. And this further hampers their confidence and might cost them opportunities.

So, how can we fix this? Unlike what you’ve probably been told, improving your communication skills is actually pretty easy—you can learn how to control the conversation, improve vocabulary and body language using the 6 steps I’ve shared in this video.

I want be confident and want to be able to be confident to who i am….
I want to stand up for myself
Could you please help me to bring my confidence back… What should I do
(Currently I am preparing for jee exams and due to my studies my social life right now is zero..) I can’t even share my feelings to anyone, I don’t have a sibling and 0 zero frnds….This makes me sad and doesn’t let me focus on my studies😔😔🙃

I was also struggling with low self-confidence, bad communication skills, couldn’t initiate conversations with people confidently. This went on throughout my school, college & professional life of 10 years.
And then finally I enrolled into a 90 day online public speaking course because I wanted to a be a good speaker & a confident one at that & use those skills in all the spheres of my life to initiate conversations with any person.
I was very apprehensive while joining if it will really benefit me & will I be able to improve or not. But joined anyway to give myself a chance. And by the end of the course, when I received my course completion certificate on email, I was shocked to know that I was also the best speaker of that batch! It really made me improve my communication & confidence to the point that I can speak to anyone on almost any topic & I’m really proud of myself for doing so! This course was held from September 2023 to December 2023. And there were people from Bahrain, Qatar & Kenya along with people from different states in India.
You need to enroll into a public speaking course. This will be very helpful to you.
