A luxurious feeling, budget body scrub is the Dove Body Polish. Smells amazing and the scrubbing beads are microsized, so it’s not abrasive, but super effective. And it’s suuuuuper moisturizing so it leaves the skin glowing! Try and thank me later!

    • @TheFeminineUniverse says:

Thanks for this, Dalia. Love a lady that shares! I’ve been stuck on my bar and my coffee scrub, but I might have to get my hands on this Dove!

    • @jessicaperez5980 says:

Thanks, queen!!! 💕 I’ll pick some up at Target today. I love good recommendations!

    • @ruthbeffa6690 says:

Yes! The mango one is my favorite

    • @anj1166 says:

Thanks for this, I’ll give it a try!

    • @user-dv8bs7tb5c says:

Agreed the macadamia rice milk scrub with the method coconut and rice milk body wash (suuuper moisturizing and great for sensitive skin smells like condensed milk or something)

  • @NC-tt4gc says:

Great video. Just a tip for those that have dry, chapped lips: avoid scrubs, waxy lip baums, and ingredients like peppermint or citrus oils. It will only make the problem worst, I’ve heard this from my family doctor and was confirmed by dermatologists. The key is to put moisture into the lips, like lip masks, a healing baum or a humidifier.

For soft, smooth feet. Exfoliate with a pumice stone. Mix vegetable glycerin with Vaseline, rub into tops, cuticles and soles of feet and put on socks. Your feet will be soft as a baby’s butt.

I would suggest using an overnight lip mask with some lactic acids or fruit acids in it. I like the Applebutter Lip Mask by Nooni. My lips used to be really dry and they would have huge dry flakes no matter what I did. I found out the scrubbing I was doing was making my lips build up what amounts to callouses to defend themselves. I could either leave them alone and live with nasty crusty lips until they got used to not being abused or use a mild chemical exfoliant. I chose the latter , and my lips are so happy now!

    • @onyekachi9662 says:

I use pure unscented african sheabutter on my lips day and night and it’s a just my lips supple and plump.

    • @consciouscitizen6211 says:

Pure lanolin too. Best lip moisturizer.

    • @Jennie-bu3ee says:

I have very sensitive lips, I found it best to use vaseline, I carry it everywhere.

  • @nerlyferistin6361 says:

To exfoliate your skin African Sponge/Net ( I get mine from my local African( Beauty Store) or Salux Nylon Japanese Beauty Skin Bath Wash Cloth/towel (I get mine from Asian Oriental Market).

    • @TheFeminineUniverse says:

Yes! The African/Asian net is everything. I get the longest ones I can find, to get my whole body. Thanks for sharing this!

  • @Marvelous_M says:

My upgraded feet care routine really saved my feet. For years i never knew all the dead skin on my feet. I invested in a foot cream, foot mask, and good foot file and now my feet are even more hydrated and moisturized 😍

  • @PhelisaG says:

It’s like you have been watching everyone do this content and thought nah something is missing, this is really elevated. It’s like it got that God anointing you just can’t get enough of it. But I guess your content can only be this good when you actually live what you preach. This is really good.

    • @TheFeminineUniverse says:

Wow. Thank you for this beautiful comment! I really do want to add my own spin on things and be a blessing to others in some small way. I do my best to practice what I preach so I can provide the most accurate content. 💖💖

  • @ClairsentientTarot says:

I agree with social media! The day I gave up Facebook was the day I realised how Id lost so many real connections, but I’m ok with that…

    • @TheFeminineUniverse says:

Yes. We definitely have to be strategic to get the best out of social media. Thanks for this input!

  • @lixxlizards8799 says:

I’m super sensitive to alot of things and I found a good body scrub for me is doing it diy with sugar, avocado oil with some rose oil. I feel so hydrated and smell so good. Plus it helps save money for scrubs

    • @TheFeminineUniverse says:

Good to know this is gentle on your sensitive skin. Sounds like a great, easy recipe and I love a good sugar scrub. Thanks for sharing with us!

  • @josiejosie4926 says:

Also to practice saying daily self affirmations…this can really go a long way.

  • @anastasiasmeltzer4810 says:

    Thank you…thank you…
I applied some of what you shared in the videos that I have watched so far and OH MY GOSH!!!
I got myself more ready than usual(hair, Makeup, scent, nice outfit, heels) and went out on a date with my husband this evening. Compliments from him and at least 1 person everywhere we went, everyone we passed on the sidewalk made eye contact and smiled at me.That has never happened to me before.

    • @TheFeminineUniverse says:

My goodness! I absolutely love this! Immediate feedback. I’m thrilled that you felt beautiful. In turn, you were probably giving off such beautiful energy. Sounds like your husband was even more in awe of you😉 Get used to it queen, it’s going to be happening much more!
      Keep us posted 💕

@@TheFeminineUniverse for sure. Onto another video for more tips

  • @ShereenaD says:

A life-changing tip I learned about sleep – if you’re a side/stomach sleeper, try to find a beauty pillow. Pressure on the side of your face contributes to facial asymmetry.

  • @tinydreamerrr says:

A huge game-changer for me that I *truly* recommend to everyone is being more aware of your self-talk. I’ve been saying loving affirmations to myself in front of the mirror or wherever when I need a boost, or I catch myself when I’m starting to get harsh and make sure to validate my feelings, then switch the script. And let me tell you, the way my energy shifted, not only makes me feel good, but also radiates to everyone else! It’s the best.

  • @kimmysexton1875 says:

    “Get you beauty sleep.”

Me: up at 2 in the morning watching this video lol :/

  • @mtheron100 says:

Starting to teach myself all this female things at 35. Never learned how to dress myself accordingly, hair care, nails etc. Slow and steady.

  • @Flamemog says:

One of the easiest ways to get shinny hydrated skin w/o spending a fortune, is right after you take a shower use a lotion like Cerave
or Cetaphil then follow up w Vaseline, or Aquaphor. Vaseline and Aquaphor lock in moisture so if you do this at night you will wake up w very supple, soft, & smooth skin.

  • @tipennya says:

Of all the “glow-up” content I’ve seen so far, these 2 vids are TRULY the best!! The compassion – some creators are so busy in their videos degrading those who may not have a routine or the knowledge yet, which can defeat an already defeated spirit before they even get started. You make me feel ‘Possible’. Thank you, keep up the good work!

    • @TheFeminineUniverse says:

Making it feel possible is my entire goal! Looking and feeling great is absolutely attainable on any budget. Everyone deserves to feel fabulous!

  • @arceliaherrera663 says:

This video just made me give myself some credit. I literally do all the steps that you just mentioned and I get compliments all the time, but I been so hard on myself 🥺 Your videos have helped me feel so much better about myself and to realized that I’m actually doing a good job and all I’m lacking is my confidence which I’m working on it thanks to your videos. Thank you for sharing 💕💕💕

    • @TheFeminineUniverse says:

Great job! Give yourself the credit, girl! So glad the videos help you feel good about yourself. We are going to get that confidence all the way up, love! Stick around 😉💕

  • @meshastar7 says:

This was a great video! One thing that wasn’t mentioned that’s also extremely important is taking care of your body by working out/having a fitness routine. Having a nice toned body not only makes you look better, but makes you feel better as well.

    • @kopachuk08 says:

In my opinion this is the most important tip of all because it helps you sleep better, helps your skin glow, helps your digestion, etc. It’s the foundation for everything else.

    • @specialk8927 says:

Think alot of people already said those things in the last video

  • @jordynknight7288 says:

I pick out my outfits a week at a time , including shoes and accessories and makeup , I work in a clothing store, so , I get a 20% discount and I definitely take advantage of it, and I’m ready and feel better – but , I’ve done this ever since I was a child- mu Auntie taught me that .

  • @ndidinwosu1148 says:

I’m 36 with a 10 year old and have let myself go..I’m trying to get back to tapping into myself . I start then I stop. I’ve never been super feminine so I’m learning as I go but I want to tap more into my femininity

  • @ponyolittle says:

This was like listening to a bigger sister who I never had:) Thank you for all the great tips❤
