I’ve realized that effective skincare means changing things up based on the needs of your skin during the different seasons. And if you have hormonal imbalance like I do, you sometimes need to make more frequent changes.
Using products that hydrate and nourish the skin during my luteal phase have really helped control sebum and breakouts.
Is there anything you specifically use during your periods to help take care of your skin?

Di… Please tell something how to take care of hair as my hair is very dry and I have dry scalp and dandruff both and I am not able to purchase expensive treatment and products. So please tell my cheap things and home remedies if you use or can tell?
    Please di

Dry hair ke liye toh oiling bub, before shampooing, lekin DO NOT put oil on scalp – only on hair – coz oiling dandruff ko zyada kar dega.
Jo oil suit karta aapko, apply that for 2 hours and then wash your hair – just choose an anti dandruff shampoo that is also hydrating. Wishcare ka anti dandruff shampoo with AHA is nice.
And shampoo kar ke hair pe conditioner lagana hi padega. Again you can use whatever conditioner is in your budget – apply only on hair, not on scalp

See if the problem is not going away, consult a dermatologist kyuki ho sakta hai medication needed ho. Baaki iske alawa dandruff ka home remedy to nai hota as such.

@AdeteDahiya  okk di , thank you 🤗❤️I’ll try it and if I apply rosemary water on hairs and scalp after washing, is it okay and if yes, then can I use it twice a week or should I use daily?

    • @AdeteDahiya says:

@ Rosemary water doesn’t do anything for hair. Rosemary needs to be in oil form to aid hair growth. Instead of that just invest in a leave-in hair serum with something like argan oil and apply that – it’ll keep moisture locked in for longer.
