This is really challenging honestly but working on it especially as a professional woman .

    • @drmichelledaf says:

@@sbusisiwezikhali6757 it is the most challenging thing!! But yes it takes intentional effort. You can do it 💋

  • @LindsayGrandberry says:

Hey hey!!!! Wow I have work to do ASAP!!!!!!

  • @nanayaadankyi3746 says:

    Wow…definitely needed this video.

  • @Ariel-te1iu says:

Thank you for this beautiful video🥰God bless you Dr. Michelle💞!!

  • @nanayaadankyi3746 says:

But Dr. Michelle, how do we let go of past wounds? How do we let go quickly? How can that genuinely be part of our nature?

    • @drmichelledaf says:

That is a different concept in its own. Forgiveness is necessary in relationships but of course STAYING depends on what it is and if there has been repentance. You cannot always let go of the pain quickly. That is the work of the Lord, expressing it in your personalized way and talking to a therapist or trusted people.

You look gorgeous, Dr. Daf! Wonderful video, as usual.

    Helloooo honey bunny!!!🤗
I’ve definitely been practicing “picking my battles,” holding my tongue , and/or when to wait to speak. 💎

🙌🏾🎁And PRAISE GOD… I MUST SAY I’ve been getting positive/constructive feedback in all areas of my life. From family, to the workplace, to just random strangers (believe it or not😄).

My THING is just learning to respond with: Thank you! And not dimming my light or giving extra feedback, before or after the thank you❤

Also…SIDE NOTE… May we puhleeease have an updated makeup tutorial or just the products you’re wearing today?!?!?!
    Loviiiing it🤌🏽🌟

    • @drmichelledaf says:

That’s amazing to hear! I’m so glad to hear you are experiencing positive changes 💕 It’s sooooo hard but it’s the BEST feeling to see how you are changing for the better!! I like your strategy, it can actually teach you a lot about yourself. As for the makeup lol girlll I would love to, but I feel like the majority of people on this channel don’t want to see makeup. Maybe I’ll do it on my other channel. Thank you for your support my love

In preparation for marriage this is very important for me. It also ties into the way we think about things are the not the same as our partner.

It’s just if I don’t say it I keep think about it. The part about letting go is the major key for me going forward. Thank you so much for the reminder 🙏🏽🙏🏽
